Specimen Sobralias These hardy Central American orchids grow clumped together, and their attractive 3 5 foot tall foliage is strongly reminiscent of bamboo. They boast large 4 6 inch showy flowers, similar to the look of classic cattleya flowers, that grow on top of the plants canes in summer. Each top that blooms will flower several times in the blooming season. The flowers are charming shades of pink, purple, yellow, and white. Grown best in ground beds or large containers.
Specimens range from $100 to $250 depending on size and variety.
