Trigo Royale = Cymbidium Rosinante X Cymbidium October

While this blossom may not look like the showiest or boldest Cymbidium out there, and may only seem like the go-to flower for florists or decorators ready to pounce at a near-white Cym. for Autumn, its true claim-to-fame is that it is COVETED by Cymbidium breeders! Why did this orchid become the esteemed parent to 89 registered hybrids? For its early season and free-blooming nature as a tall standard-size plant with long-lasting flowers AND good shape! Who doesn't want that? Its own origin is from the Cobbs' Orchids crossing between Rosinante X October, registered in 1970. This orchid is parent to some real show stoppers, including Baltic Gold by Rudvalis, Via Royal Atlantic by Gallup and Stribling, Clear Jade by Ronald Timewell, Tracey Reddaway by Geyserland, and our very own and much beloved Point Conception. This plant is a pedigree classic!

Only two small established plants currently available, each with : 1 flower-spike, 2 green mature bulbs, and one backblub, potted in 6-inch pots. Divisions from our mother plant.

With the limited available stock please understand it is first-come, first-served, so please e-mail us to timestamp your inquiry and include your phone number : we will call back the earliest inquiries to complete the order securely (please, DO NOT include any payment information in an email ! )
