This Caribbean epiphytic species is a charming, 'rooty' plant with petite sprays of lovely, cream-white flowers. The little flowers have muted orange nectar spurs, which have been seen to attract hummingbirds at our nursery! The sprays have a sequential bloom habit and emerge from the leaf-nodes along the plant's main stems. The foliage of this tropical species has a golden hue to it, especially when grown outdoors at our nursery, yet it blooms well in either case. Species from the Caribbean islands and Northeast regions of South America. .Intermediate to Temperatu. June - July blooming. Species from Cuba.
